This Alice cocktail is in two parts, each representing Tweedledum and Tweedledee.  Tweddlerum is a jelly-mixture of black sambuca and Mount Gay rum, while Tweedletea is an in-house infusion of super fruit tea and vodka mixed with an elderflower presse.  The combo looks deliciously twisted! If you would like to create the drink yourself, Loading has a few suggestions.  To make the infused tea, place a few fruit tea bags and vodka into a water filter (warning: get a separate water filter for this!) and let it filter through.  Repeat running the vodka through until it takes on the flavor and color of the tea.  For the jelly, add gelatin (or a vegetarian alternative) and the alcohol to cold water and place on the stove.  Gently heat the mixture until everything has dissolved and then pour the mixture into ice cube trays.  Chill and serve.    (Drink created and photographed by Loading - Drink, Relax, Play) seems complicated, but :O!
